What are Envelopments?
Envelopments is a paper layering system that allows you to mix and match, colors, designs, shapes and more! Create custom invitations, announcements, business communiques, craft cards, thank you cards, or anything you can think of. Envelopments are designed to reflect your style and create a one of a kind invitation.
Can I do the design myself?
If you already have a design picked from one of our samples, or you are feeling creative and want to browse our paper selection book and want to design yourself you can, otherwise we can set up a design appointment with a designer for you.
What is a design appointment?
Our design appointments allow 1 on 1 time with a designer who will work with you to create an invitation that is uniquely you, using color and style. It's best that when you arrive for an appointment that you have colors in mind that may go along with your event, and have browsed the design ideas on the website http://www.cclowellinvite.com to get familiar with our process. Our designers understand the importance of the occasion and take your budget into consideration.
Do most people make a design appointment?
The majority of our customers take advantage of our design service with a designer.
How do I make a design appointment?
Email us at info@cclowellinvite.com, and we will get back to you, or call the store at 508-757-7713. Appointments are available throughout the week and on Saturdays. Please contact us for more info on times and days.
Do you charge for design service?
Yes. During store hours, you can come in and speak with any of our staff to familiarize yourself with our products, services, and browse some of our design ideas and samples. Once you have decided that a one of a kind invitation is for you, the design appointment is $60.00. The appointment is approx. 1 hour.
Is there anything I should bring to my design appointment?
Since there are so many choices as to what you can do, we suggest you visit www.cclowellinvite.com and www.envelopments.com to see design ideas and get you thinking about how you might want your invitations to look. Feel free to bring in any pictures, fabric swatches, color chips etc., to help us achieve the look and colors you are going for.
What kind of experience do your designers have?
We fully train our staff of artists in design. Our designers “day jobs” are working in the store helping customers. They have an amazing eye for color, design and style, and they love what they do!
Are your invitations more expensive than standard invitations?
No! Because this is fully customizable, we can fit any budget. You have the option to do some or all of the work yourself and save money or have us do it, and save time.
Can you help me with wording on the invitation?
We ask that you provide the wording for your invitations on disc or email it to us. If you are having a hard time, we can direct you to good web sites and books that will get you through!
We do help you choose font, style and color for the printing process.
Do you just do wedding invitations?
No! Because it is completely custom, the sky is the limit!
We do wedding invites, save the dates, place cards, thank you's, as well as, birthdays, corporate events, baby showers and much more!
Does C.C. Lowell provide printing and assembly services?
Yes!
Once I place my order, how long before it comes in?
It varies. It takes about 2 weeks for the paper order to come in, and approx 2 weeks for printing and assembly. We can accommodate rush orders if necessary.
How much will this all cost?
Feel free to contact us for an idea of cost. Because this is a custom order, we cannot give you an exact price until we know what you need. We will do our best to answer any questions you might have.
